We use SMS text messaging to communicate with customers who have provided consent. This policy explains our SMS practices: consent, message types, frequency, opt-out rights, and support.

 

2) Consent & Eligibility

By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts (e.g., checking a box or clicking “Agree”), you consent to receive SMS messages from us. Consent is **not** a condition of purchase. You must be the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to enroll.

 

3) Message Types

- Transactional/Service: appointment reminders, scheduling updates, job status, service notifications, invoices, billing notices.

- Marketing/Promotional (optional): offers, discounts, new services. 

You may opt into transactional messages, marketing messages, or both.

 

4) Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Typical cadence:

- Transactional: 1–4 messages per appointment/service

- Marketing: up to 4 messages per month (if you opt in)

We may send additional messages to respond to your inquiries or support requests.

 

5) Charges & Carrier

Message and data rates may apply. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network availability. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

 

6) Opt-Out & Help

After opting out, you may still receive non-SMS communications (e.g., email or phone) related to active services.

 

7) Privacy & Data Use

We collect and process your mobile number and message content to provide SMS services and maintain records of your consent, opt-in status, and communications. We do not sell your mobile number. 8) Managing Preferences

We retain SMS-related records (including consent and opt-out confirmations) as needed to provide services, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect SMS-related data. No method of transmission is 100% secure; please avoid sending sensitive information via SMS.

 

11) Changes to this Policy

We may update this SMS Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted with a new Effective Date. Continued participation after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
